What do you love most about your job?
It feels great after digging deeper into financial statements, categorizing or re-categorizing transactions, and solving issues or discrepancies. This allows me to present a clearer and accurate financial reports to clients and their CPA or accountant.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I've been doing bookkeeping for a non-profit organization for 18 years. And doing the bookkeeping can be time consuming as revenue and expenses continue to grow. I'd like to help business owners take the burdens of bookkeeping off their shoulder. They don't need to try and figure out the tedious work of bookkeeping. Instead, they can focus their valuable time on other tasks that matters most to grow their business.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Most of our client interactions are done through online, phone call, or video call. Should there be a need to meet in-person, we can wear a mask at a client's request.
