Ben & Jerry's is a very well established chain that serves exactly what you expect. The staff are all very polite and fast getting through long lines quickly during a rush. There's indoor as well as outdoor seating, or you can walk across the street and enjoy your banana split or coffee right on the scenic Yorktown Beach. All military past and present receive a discount with proof of service (ours was my USAA debit card) without a hassle. Highly recommend leaving a tip for the hard working staff! More...

Service was pleasant and friendly. I've cream was excellent and served well. However, when a line showed up behind us the workers showed no hustle and service over all was slow. We will definitely be back.

Very good! Worth the long line. Clean despite being busy and only two people working. They did a great job.
