I went there around 1:15 on a Weekday with a group of people (9) There was only 2 other tables with people at the time Waiter (never told us his name) needs more training as he didn’t bring menus for about 15minutes We all went on our phones to look for our orders We had to aak for water and he started bringing 2 at a time after 30 minutes i went to the bar to aak for a glass of water Brought bread eventually but no butter or napkins We asked if our order was ever coming after an hour and a half sitting with 2 hungry child who were eating ice cubes I personally had somewhere to go and went and told him to pack mine to go because didn’t expect it would take 2 hours for a sandwich He came to the table with it and i reminded him i asked to pack it and he got frustrated and threw it on the table near the kitchen The woman at the bar packed it for me This young man needs to be retrained at the minimum or find new work We had to ask for silverware went to bar to get cheese salt and pepper for meal I spoke to a friend who went one day and told her my experience and she said was it the tall guy with glasses because she told me she had same issues that her husband wanted to walk out He ruined my experience which in the past had always been enjoyable and i have always recommend this place From now on i will only recommend for take out and order ahead

Went last night to celebrate our sons high school graduation. Reservations were for 8pm. At 9pm we had only just received our drinks & some bread. Service moved at a glacial rate. The restaurant had a few other tables with guests but by no means were they busy. Received appetizers by 9:30 & dinner around 10pm- a good 2 hours after we arrived. Our server asked if we wanted another round of beverages when she dropped off our appetizers. They arrived after we were finished with dinner. Service was horrible. Had reservations and it felt like we were walk ins. Don’t drink the water. Finally got bread but no butter nothing, not even bread plates or plates for the appetizer. Waited for juice! We received a night full of excuses to be charged for items we didn’t even order. Just a good night and sorry. However I had the best dinner companions. I don’t know where to begin with this comment. First, I have eaten here and been to 3 planned events. The food is amazing! I have never had a dish I did not love. When my sister in law told me how wonderful and easy it was to plan my nieces’s baby shower with Tina I knew this was where I wanted to have my daughter’s baby shower in January of 2021. We set up the date of January 16th with Tina in the fall, when the virus was looking very manageable. Unfortunately, things went downhill fast, with numbers rising everyday. A few days ago I contacted Tina to let her know I felt uncomfortable hosting a shower right now. She was amazing and so understanding. We did set up a new date for possibly May/June to celebrate the baby’s birth. Tina made me feel very good about this decision and the solution of a new date. If you are in the area, stop in.
