May and Eric both helped us on getting our flooring selected. May is more involved with getting the quote and pricing for us. Eric is very knowledgeable and patient of explaining all the products that they have and we ended up selected the 8mm waterproof one. Eric is very experienced in the flooring industry and he was the one came to measure our house as well as bringing a few examples for a final color selection (is important). Eric also came every day ( stopping by, but is good enough because his team are very experiences) to supervise the whole installment process and make sure his team is on top of the whole process. We spend extra installment fee for the baseboard but we believe it is well worth because it includes new paint with the baseboard. I visited Mulan in May in hope to find a grey wood floor with a little bit warm tone in it to bridge the transition with my existing maple bookshelves and yet provides the coordinating contrast to my future setting. With the help by Miss Ma, I think she is boss' wife, I was able to find one I liked and borrowed the floor sample for my designer to agree. I was given a discount after bargaining, who wouldn't do so?! My renovation took a long time to get to the floor, middle of September, 100 days after ordering. Miss Ma was very polite and cooperated throughout the entire time working with me for the rescheduling and changes of quantities. Now the floor is completed, everyone saw it said that was a great pick. I'm glad that I came to Mulan, after visiting several stores. We recently renovated the whole house and shopped around for quite a while until we stopped by Mulan, we picked the engineered European oak floor from Mulan's huge show room with hundreds or thousands of different brand and colors. They are very friendly and knowledgeable people, Eric was not pushy at all, very very patient and cut to the details of each product they carry, answering all our silly questions, which made the floor selecting a breeze. We found Mulan Floor on Yelp after looking at other places for laminate flooring. They have lots of selections at different price points and a nice showroom. We went just a bit before closing and took a while on deciding what we wanted and MoMo and other sales associate were very accommodating and helpful. I also had to go back to pick up more last minute material requested by my laminate installer and Eric was very quick in getting me a special order the same day. This place has a lot of selection! The pricing is super competitive for flooring, when comparing to other major retailers. MoMo was the one who helped us and she was very helpful and knowledgeable. She showed us different floorings that would be ideal for our rental. She took her time to explain the different properties of each flooring and also matched the appropriate molding for the flooring. We ended up choosing: Flooring: Dove Grey colored LVF.The flooring had foam padding attached to it, my husband had no trouble installing it. I also liked their 14 day return policy for any extra flooring you bought and their customer service. No hassle, no excuse returns as long as it was unopened and within the allotted time frame of returns from the day flooring was delivered. Needed to have my office floors redone. It is a high traffic area and a dirty environment that would be cleaned regularly so I needed something that would hold up. Peter was very helpful and recommended me a well priced product that would work well and looked great as well too. Service is great and they have a wide variety of product that will fit your budget, low-end to high-end. I'm also using them for my master bedroom at home.Just wanted to add that they also have a great return policy. I purchased a little too much flooring than was needed. The floor from Mulan is best choice we made through our whole remodeling in our new house. Kevin was super nice and acknowledgeable to his products. I heard of this place from a friend, came here trying to find something nice for our home. First, I am very satisfied with their customer service and after service. I feel like they genuinely want their customers to be happy with their purchases. Fast processing and delivery, I only had to visit this place twice, once for buying, once for returning. And I was in and out of there fast.Second, I was told they have been opened for about five years, but I was surprised by their knowledges with their products. Kevin and Peter have been extremely helpful with helping me picking out the perfect color and material for me. They not only have the knowledge about flooring, but also many remodeling fields. Last, they have TONS of selections, like there are so many of them you wouldn't know where to start looking. They usually have promotion throughout the year, I called before coming in and they are having a 10% discount for orders $1000+. I would call and check for discounts if interested. I was in the process of remodeling my mother's house. We needed hardwood for two rooms. We happened to find Mulan Floor and visited their store. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Peter who is one of the staff. They have had the best selections of hardwood in their showroom. We just finished the installation of laminated wood flooring purchased at Mulan. The entire process was smooth and simple. Product looks very nice and has great quality. Sales crew at Mulan showroom were very friendly and helpful, and they also had a great variety of samples available on the floor. Installation team also did a great job. They showed up on time and worked hard to make sure project was not behind schedule. During installation, we found out that there were some minor issues mainly caused by builder. My wife and I were having a hard time looking for good, affordable flooring for our new home. I ran into Mulan Floors on yelp since it was near my work and decided to stop by to check it out. When I arrived I walked into a magnificent showroom and tons of selection for flooring. I was greeted by Kevin who was my point of contact going forward. Kevin was always respectful, courteous, and answered all of my questions. He was always responsive via email and phone to help guide us towards making the right decision.When it came time to do the floors, the crew came early ready to work. Kevin also made sure to show up to make sure the flooring and the order was correct. Even though they projected the project to be 2-3 days, they finished in 1 day!!! From start to finish, the project of finding and installing hardwood floors was smooth and quick. I needed to find hardwood floor that would match existing flooring in my new home. I called and Kevin asked that I email him some pictures of the existing hardwood. He then came to my home of two similar looking engineered wood and we were able to pick the one that matched the best. He took measurements and emailed me a quote that same evening. After I decided to use Mulan Floor, he was able to quickly schedule me in so that I could have the floors installed within a week. My family and I have been searching for quality floorings with affordable prices. After numerous searches, we came across Mulan Floor and never turned back. What I instantly loved upon entering were their wide selections; you can just about guarantee of finding what you're looking for here! For someone who is very selective, I don't say that often or lightly. In addition, Kevin and MoMo provided excellent customer service from the moment we walked in. It became difficult for us at one point to select just one type of flooring, but Kevin and MoMo kindly gave helpful suggestions on what to consider to narrow our choices. First off, can I just say that the showroom was meticulous, tasteful, organized and big? You feel like you're walking into a museum. They even have classical music with falsetto, their office has wall arts and stuff. Kudos to the interior designer. I didn't even want to leave after I paid. There were guitars lying around and I just wanted to stick around and play. I picked this one after going through yelp because I like small businesses with a personal touch. They're usually more honest and the prices are reasonable. I don't like businesses that are "mechanical" and "corporate" it's like you're dealing with robots. I also like the name of the business, how elegant.I don't understand why they would get 1-star reviews, but as I read through them I noticed that these people are usually scumbags or liers. All the reviews are either 5 star or 1 star. I'm glad that I didn't take their word for it. There's always one person that is a pain in the ass I guess, that's the cost of business I think. Despite overwhelmingly large selection, Kevin was informative and honest so we were able to make a decision fast. He was not pushy at all or did he try to upsell the product that is not my best option. We received the floors after a few days and we are really happy with the color and quality.
