What kind of accounting services do you provide?
Basic bookkeeping services that include accounts receivable, accounts payable, deposit entry, bill payments and bank reconciliations. Payroll services include processing payroll, making payroll tax deposits, completion of quarterly and annual, federal and state tax reports including W2s at the end of the year.
Why is it so important for businesses to hire a great accountant?
A business should always have a bookkeeper/accountant. Without knowing where your business is financially you would not be able to create budgets or create a business plan for the future. I know alot of business owners think that they can take care of their own books, but that is not your job, your job is whatever your business does and you need to concentrate on that.
What do you love most about your job?
Being able to help a business keep track of its finances so that it can grow.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The company that I was working for as a full charge bookkeeper was closing and I decided that instead of starting over at another company I wanted to branch out and work with different industries.
