Our business is walking distance from Moe's and we head over there regularly.  The staff is consistent and the food good. We've also used Moe's for catering events, and they've done an excellent job.

Good Southwest food.  Had grilled chicken on top of my salad.  Good salsa, beans, chips and guacamole.I just realized that this is a fast food chain.  They catered our business lunch and the food was better than average.  Good healthy food More...

If I could sell my current home, and move into Moe's Southwest Grill I WOULD HAVE DONE IT YESTERDAY. Download the app for sweet deals. This place is 2nd heaven, and I can't wait to go here five times tomorrow. Sometimes I just go in here to sit because I am honored to be in the presence of such greatness. More...

Stopped in shortly after opening for lunch.  No one in line, but several people already eating.  We received the typical "welcome to Moe's greeting".  One employee was friendly, one seemed to not want to be there. My family always orders burritos, but I'm a nachos kind of girl.  I always order my queso on the side to combat soggy chips.  My biggest complaint re: nachos is that there should be more meat and beans.  It seems I run out of those toppings quickly and I'm left with just chips, so next time I'll order extra. The salsa bar was clean and always offers the staples, my favorite is tomatillo, and at least one seasonal salsa. The dining area and restrooms were super clean.  Great lunch pit stop while traveling when you want fast, but don't want fast food. This is a review for their catering!I'm from San Diego, CA... the land of judgemental Mexican food connoisseurs hahaha jk but we do have high expectations for any Mexican food. I like this catering because we got to build our own bowls or tacos. Most of us got the bowls. We started off with those crispy, fried bowls and we got to fill it up with rice, black beans, chicken, greens and all the fix ins like sour cream, guac, and salsas. Pretty good for some Americanized Mexican food and I like how each of us got to make it how we wanted They also provided us with sweet tea and individually wrapped cookies :) More...

Our family is a fan of Moes. Our toddler eats the black beans and rice and the spices are great for a little kiddos palette. Couple of cons are as this area grows, this location is always slammed and the line is quiet often rushed during the lunch time hours. They do not offer delivery like the Franklin location does which I think could help ease the cramping during those times. We've often gotten not what we ordered in line as they are extremely fast and something gets left out of our bag. Definitely better in the afternoon and not evenings though as far as freshness. All in all good go-to. More...

This place is pretty good considering it is a fast food restaurant.  Also, it is fairly quick as getting your food to you and people are nice and weren't rushing me since it was my inaugural time there.  The food is tasty and is fresh, the restaurant is similar to a "Taco Bueno" when it comes to the prefabricated chips for the masses but prefer the chips to be home made and that is the only reason I didn't give it a full five stars.  Moe's and Taco Bueno is good and all but it still misses the home cooked meal ambiance, great place to check out regardless if your hungry and like to get something fast, clean and very reasonably priced this place is for you. The staff is new and it's definitely a factor. However, the food was good and the price is as expected for a family of 4. I noticed the flavors reflect "southwest" as opposed to mexican right away . The setting is family friendly and clean. The folks making the food are patient, polite, and friendly. There is a salsa bar and the selection of toppings is significantly greater than others. Not everything is for an additional charge, as it is down the street, including chips.Overall Moe's is what it is. A mid range counter service restaurant.  Where it succeeds is in not pretending to fashion itself as cool or chic but instead, allowing a wide array of options on a limited amount of menu items.Apples to oranges it's a good option without question. Apples to apples it is as fresh and mexican enough to win out over loud music, rude staff and a cold dining room. More...

Me and the girlfriend have a ritual on Monday night... We go to the YMCA and then go get fatty mcgatty burritos at Moe's and cheese dip and drinks, thus negating any positive effects of working out. .. YAY! for being a Fat American!!! I kid, I kid... I get up at dawn and do ten miles every day of the week, so going to work out on Monday nights is just icing on the cake of my body adonis :) I deserve a big mama burrito....Never had a problem with the service, Everyone is nice and seem to enjoy working there... My girlfriend likes to see me order the Joey with chicken and then get a ton of toppings and seeing if the person making it can actually close the burrito.... They do... Because they're awesome, but it's always busting at the seams... The way it should be... I like going and hearing this one girls voice that works there. She always prepares my burritos on Monday nights and is a sweet girl, but she sounds like she just swallowed a ton of helium... So, not only do I get a fat @ss burrito, I get entertained in the process.... A couple of tips... Stay away from the steak... As a man, I feel like I have to order steak at all times... No matter where... It's just the manly thing to do... Most people, who are pretentious and idiotic go ' gluten free please!!! ' because it makes them seem important and special... me, I'm gluten indulgent... Give me all your excess gluten, i don't give a sh*t... I'm a gluten hoarder....I dont even know if steak has gluten in it, I don't even care, I'm just making a point about being a man.... Tangent officially over... Anyways, the Moe's steak is a little fatty and tough... The chicken, however, never disappoints and the girlfriend or significant other will be all like ' oh look, he's eating healthy ' and maybe she'll give you some loving later... And, go Monday nights - they have a burrito, drink and chips and salsa deal, and if you use your receipt survey from your last visit, you get 2 extra dollars off... It's the best deal ever... I think Moe's should do advertisements called ' great MOEments made even better with Moe's ' .... Like show Abraham Lincoln giving the Emancipation Proclamation and have everyone cheering and then he grabs a Moe's burrito and takes a big bite and they all go into hysterics.. Have John McClane save everyone at Nakatomi plaza and as he's walking out, the police are clapping, someone throws him a moe's burrito and he takes a big bite and everyone loses it... Have Johnny from Karate Kid, in that iconic scene with him and Ralph Macchio, and Macchio get in the crane kick position.... Johnny is holding a Moe's burrito in his hand, Macchio goes to kick him, hits the burrito, the burrito flies up in the air and lands in Macchio's mouth... Then he eats it, people go crazy and he gets to go kiss Elisabeth Shue... WIN/WIN/WIN... I'm a marketing genius....  Anyways... Blue Coast fails in comparison to Moe's and this location is one of the better ones in the Nashville area... Oh! and don't trust anyone reviewing this lace whose a vegetarian... thats like an atheist reviewing a church... come on.... also, never trust men who are vegetarians... That's just not right More...

Out of all of the burrito places, I like Moe's the most.  It's not that they are doing anything drastically different from the other 10 burrito places.  It's that I feel their food quality, taste, level of service, and prices are exactly where they should be for a fast food burrito place. The prices are especially good on Mondays.  You can get a great deal on a burrito, chips, and a drink.  The salsa bar is always free as I feel it should be.  It's just one of the perks of going to a Mexican restaurant and it is expected.  I especially like that there are several options for salsa and they get changed frequently. For those that don't know, Moe's is your typical counter service "make your own" burrito joint.  You go to the counter, tell them you want a burrito, a bowl, a salad, or tacos; then you proceed down the line picking out ingredients.  Add chips & a drink and you've got a meal for under $10.00.  It's a wonderful formula that gets even better when you realize there is a salsa bar.If you approach Moe's with the right attitude, you won't be let down.  Take it for what it is: a counter service burrito joint with reasonable prices.  Oh and don't be surprised when you walk in the door and hear all of the employees yelling "Welcome to Moe's!!" "Welcome to Moe's!"  they shout, as soon as you enter.  (I think they mean it, too!)I've had lunch here several times and never had a bad choice.  Today, I opted for the "Homewrecker":  a big, honkin' flour burrito crammed full of steak, black beans, rice, lettuce, sour cream, guacamole, cheese and pico de gallo (also available with pork, ground beef, chicken or tofu.)  All ingredients are fresh and packed with great flavor. - always a GREAT burrito...among the very best I've ever had!  (and filling, too!)  Also, their chips are made fresh and have a good flavor and crispness.  Finally, I like the choices of spicy and mild salsas.Just two nits: - Salsa service.  I HATE having to fill three or four small containers to meet my needs.  I'd prefer to have a choice of a larger container.  Also, the area is too small to permit you to comfortably set your meal and drink down while dispensing without fear of being nudged by another or passing customer.  More elbow room in the salsa area would be great.- Cleanliness.  It seems that the tail-end of the lunch hour gets greeted with a bit of a mess on the floors beneath the booths.  It would be great to have Moe be more mindful of cleaning underneath, as well as on top.  I'm not too crazy about tracking someone else's lunch back into my car!  Sweep it up, Moe! While the quality of all the Moe's locations are equally good, tonights experience stuck out in my mind a little more than a typical chain restaurant visit. First, as with all my visits to Moe's, the food here is so fresh, it is like they have a farmer's market or something. The steak and chicken are nice, tender and perfectly marinated. The veggies are fresh and full of flavor, and the guacamole is super fresh. I often get the quesadilla, nachos or the new stackers (which puts Taco Bell's equivalent to shame). However, tonight I decided to join my fiance and try her usual, two soft tacos with chips and queso. I however got steak with guacamole(I think they forgot my mushrooms and onions), and they were so good. That begs the question, why do places like Moe's and Chili's charge extra for guacamole but not for sour cream, makes no sense to me. Anyway the food was extremely good as always. If you ever get the chance to go by there and you want lots of cheese, get the nachos or the Quesadilla. If you want layers of flavor, then get the stackers. And if you want a mish-mash, get the tacos. No matter what the food is so good and their queso.... oh my, it is so good. I usually take the small bits of chips that I am left with at the bottom of the basket and mix them into the last bit of queso in the cup and eat the concoction with a spoon, in order to get the last drops of queso from the container.Tonight though our service was overall reasonably good as they not only gave us the customer greeting, but out sever was eager and ready to take our orders and prepare them for us. Though it will take little convincing, I will eventually return to Moe's for more as their food is just SO GOOD! More...

When my office has Sales meetings, they bring in a catered lunch. When Moe's is the caterer of choice, those of us not in Sales lurk outside the conference room waiting for a go at the leftovers and descend on the chafing dishes like sharks on fresh kill. The chips are light and crunchy, the tortillas never too dry. The fresh salsa is spicy, but it's not heat for the sake of heat, there's plenty of flavor--and not too much cilantro. They also have a couple other sauces made with sour cream that, despite the coolness of the dairy, still have some bite to them. I've assembled both chicken and beef burritos and the spices are lovely, and even in the haul from Brentwood to my office, the meat doesn't dry out. I can't comment on atmosphere or parking or service, as I've only had their food catered. From this alone, I'd say it's worth the trip. More...
