Not very professional to make an appointment and not show or call.

Maria, your did not provide the address. We had phone call on Nov 21st. regarding an appointment for Nov 26th ,but you declined to provide the address during that call. Then did not text it as promised. We followed up via Email and again confirmed our phone number and other contact methods. We also, did not receive a call the day of the purposed appointment. This is the first we've heard from you since the 21st. We don't like to hear clients are disappointed and frustrated. Unfortunately we can not hold an appointment and we certainly can not show up when the client declined to provide the location and does not respond to follow up; At some point we have to conclude the client does not wish to proceed with the cleaning service rather then harass them to conclude the booking process.

We hired Mrs. Martin's Cleaning after talking to Cheryl on the phone. It was refreshing to talk to someone who understood what we wanted and worked with us.
We've had many house cleaners and thought she was professional and thorough. I especially appreciated how understanding she was that we were homeschooling at the time. They got in and got the job done.
