My dog had gotten into my trash and pulled out a mr.jims coupon. When I saw it I realized I didn’t like pizza but I kept it anyways. Days later when I was hungry I realized I was too poor to buy any food I used the slobber and trash covered coupon and got some pizza. I read some bad reviews here but don't get it, I gave this location a chance and It was just as good as Arlington!!... After a very bad day and long night at the laundry mat ..I needed dinner and I needed it quick .So I have ordered pizza before from here one time before so this was the 2nd time. Except this time was right before closing. As soon as my son and I walked in we were greeted. About half a min. later the manager walked out and greeted us again. Never once did she seem rushed, rude or over whelemed. I could tell she was doing closing duties. But she was on point. She answered all the questions I had . (I had a bunch) She told me the specials and we got my oredered placed. We had small talk and she then went and made the pizzas. Mean while my son noticed the Italian ice they had. She took the time to explain what it was and also she had plenty of samples for us to try. So next thing you know my son had him a scoop or two of the bubble gum cotton candy . It was delicious . Our pizza was ready in no time at all. She brought them to me. What I loved about this visit eas not the pizza ( even though it is great and husband has said how great it was 3x's since last night) my favorite part was Adrainna she took the time to make my son and I feel important. Even though she was tired and I am sure ready to go home she took the time to make this mommas bad day of a broken washer better. You can't train people to do that. She did that becasue she could tell by my look on my face that I needed this and I was done with this day. I promise I will be back and I will tell anyone who will listen that Mr. Jims in Keene Texas has employees who care and they have the BOMB pizza that was hot and fresh!!#Thanksadriannayoumademydaywithurkindness!! We stayed at the truck stop i order online i called back to make sure they got my order the nice guy who happened to be the driver told me they did and amazingly 10 minutes after i got my order i ordered the chicken fajita salad delicious ! I have never had a problem with Mr Jims. I think their pizza taste way better than pizza Hut and Dominoes. Their cheesy bread cheese sticks are great and pizza is good.
