Jose was awesome!! I messaged Mr. Carpet cleaning in the morning about my sectional that needed to be urgently cleaned after my toddler peed on it the night before. We requested quotes from Mr. carpet cleaning and 5 other cleaning businesses. Mr. carpet said they could clean both of our couches for $99. Most other estimates were around $150-$200. Found the company off of Yelp's quote system.Very convenient for them to come at the time I wanted and they offered a good price as well. I lost my receipt and called Alan and he sent that to me immediately. They did a deep cleaning and 80% stain reduction on my upstairs loft and bedrooms. Wow! Our carpets look like new! We had a great experience hiring this company for the first time. Juan showed up on time,  worked hard, didn't leave wet mess anywhere on a floor on walls. I was looking for a nearby carpet cleaning for our carpets here at home for our baby to crawl/walk around. I texted their number and received a fast reply, Alan told me that Juan will arrive at a certain time and so he did. Juan was such a careful and polite person. He used wall corner protectors and did an amazing job. Our carpets are not that filthy though but it really looks clean afterwards. I told him that we just need the carpet sanitized for the baby. He did not leave any wet marks anywhere and no soap marks on the walls either. What great service! Not only did Mr Carpet Cleaning have the lowest bid on my job, but they didn't have a minimum service charge which I really appreciated because I only have 12 carpeted stairs and some other companies have $100+ minimums. They also were able to arrange next-day service. Juan showed up exactly when Alan had told me he would. He was very professional, pre-treated the trouble areas, and did a great job cleaning the stairs thoroughly. I would only dock 1/2 star because he didn't reconnect my backyard hose, nor give me any instructions about how long to stay off the carpet. I love how dry the stairs were when he was finished, though - other cleaning companies have left puddles under the stairs (they're open, with no risers) and he was very careful to not do that, even checking and wiping periodically.
