☀️M:Powered Morning Routine ☀️ Mark and I hit the snooze button one too many times, ⏰ annoyingly get out of bed, and mumble our first words something to the effect of “uggggg” as we drag our feet to the coffee pot and instantly start rushing our day. Sound familiar?! ‍♀️ Well, anxious to create a different routine, we spent time with Krista Inochovsky learning that how you start your day largely determines the quality of your day. We’ve been implementing new practices together in to our morning routine such as starting with gratitude and positive intentions, calm music, and stretching and ending our day with journaling. Creating a new routine is powerful although slipping back into old habits is easy. Krista is amazing coach, my kid and I benefited so much from her workshops and personal therapies, her innovative approach to life events are so refreshing, it made a real difference on a day to day for my pre teen and myself, I would recommend her services to anyone looking to better their lives and improve relationships.
