I loved my experience at Mozzarella. The staff is super attentive and friendly, and the food was absolutely amazing!!! If you're looking for fresh, delicious pizza and fluffy, buttery garlic knots, look no further. They have so many delicious options, you can't go wrong. They accommodated the vegans in my party as well!! Everyone was very happy.Their garlic knots are vegan without the Parmesan (the butter spread is vegan). The pizza dough and sauce are vegan. Horrible place to order food, first time I ordered 8 spicy wings I received 7. Called the place today and not very helpful person answered and took my 2 orders. I had to repeat myself 5 times before she got is right. My second order was wedding soup-the most disgusting soup I ever had to taste, 3 garlic knots and I mentioned missing wing the last time. Got there order not ready after 25 minutes, 2nd order missing garlic twists and she managed to screw that simple order again by trying to charge me for 8 wings which I didn't order. The manager/owner very rude, trying to mock me by saying keep the soup straight in the plastic bag???????? because it might spill over and I will cry in the corner of the room????? Provide better containers for customers and keep your thoughts to yourself. Basically got screwed again because I paid for garlic twists but never received. Pizza was delicious! Staff was friendly, pizza came out hot and fresh and fast. Pizza tasted good. Crust was crispy. Would highly recommend.

Probably the worst pizza I've ever had. It was served burnt and the waitress said that's how it comes out of the wood oven. She said they could make me a new one, but we were going to a show and didn't have time to wait. So I said we would have to try to eat what we could. She went to the manager and he said he will give us a 10% discount. The crust was inedible so we ate the topping. When she brought the check she acted all happy she was able to get us a 30% discount.
