Coach Moye does an excellent job with our varsity athletes. He challenges them to become better athletes and competitors every time he works with them and all of our athletes have said that Coach Moye's instruction have helped them improve their game.

My kids love Derek. He treats them with kindness and respect, and is so encouraging of their physical abilities. He has a unique ability to poke fun at them without humiliating them, which gets them even more fired up. He is undoubtedly Purposed to work with young athletes. My son was one of the kids from Redbank that would travel South to work with Derek.... Then attended some trainings at our school.... He really enjoyed it!

Derek has worked with both my son(10) and daughter(14). He learns about what there goals are, and then puts together training sessions that are focused on achieving those goals. Derek relates very well with youth and Highschool athletes. His sessions are tough, but enjoyable. With his help my daughter made her Highschool Lacrosse team, and my son was a first year starter at QB. More...
