Cool Moving was GREAT! Alex and his team were the best movers we have worked with - they worked methodically and diligently to move us in 95-degree weather without skipping a beat. They were really careful with our furniture, making sure not to scratch walls or floors, and even made sure to move our boxes to the relevant rooms so we wouldn't have to later. They were a little late, but made sure to start the clock at the time they actually started moving, which I appreciated it. I got emergency situations. Two other movers canceld and didn't show up on time. So had to call bunch of movers on Sunday which is normally don't open office. Cool movers picked up call and said yes. I was so nervous while waiting them. But they actually showed up even before on time.Three movers came and did really good job. They wrapped up dressers and couch with blankets. And no damages on all furnitures. They didn't break up while driving to new place(it's what happend previous moving, showed up after an hour for 20 mins distance).I'm so glad I could move despite two cancels. I highly recommend them. Cool moving did a fantastic job moving us into our home. They were timely, communicative, and protected our items well throughout the move to the suburbs. The team worked so hard moving our really heavy couch which did not fit through the front door, out through our terrace and over the railing. Sadly, enough I did not get the names of the two movers. I believe the one man was Alex.I am on oxygen and recently hurt my back, so I'm sure my packing was not the best. The two gentlemen wouldn't let me do a thing.They were on time, professional, careful and I was charged what I was told I would be.I will be recommending Cool Moving to everyone who needs a mover.Thanks for making my move better than I thought it could be. They did show up 4 hours early, also did give a text about 1/2 hour before they showed up so I could get the neighbors to move their cars at 8 on a Saturday, thank you for that. After that, they were awesome. They took very good care of my furniture and were very efficient. A move I was expecting was going to take all day was finished before noon , which was the original start time. The drop of residence is on a very narrow South Philly Street. They could only get the truck just a car length into the street. They carried all the furniture a good distance down the block and fit everything in the narrow front door. Had to remove double hung window to get the couch and recliner inside. Very professional and great to work with. Would definitely recommend and use for future moves. More...

We found Cool Moving when we were kind of in a bind trying to find movers, I couldn't be more happy with their service. Cool Movers showed up on time and gave us a 20 minute warning so we could get parking spaces ready. They were efficient, nothing was broken, and very nice/polite. Scheduling the move was painless and they were able to accommodate my move with late notice. The hourly rate was competitive. But that's where the positive experience ended. Moving a studio apartment less than 1 mile took more than five hours. I sent the movers home without reassembling my furniture because they had already hit the 5 hour mark. And they made sure to tell me they charged for a full hour even if they only spent 10 extra minutes. The movers were polite enough but clearly not professionals. They seemed to lack the necessary equipment and did not know how to use my buildings service elevator. They had trouble operating the moving truck which was way too big for my job. And the pace was so slow. What should have been a $500 job cost $900. I reached out to the company afterwards to explain the situation and was very disappointed in the response. I had to follow up multiple times to get a response. The owner offered me nothing except a "sorry." Don't use this company unless you have disposable income and disposable time. More...

Adam and Yuri were phenomenal! Everything was wrapped and handled with care. All of my furniture was resembled perfectly with no damages. Not to mention, they maneuvered my couch into my new apartment in an incredible tight stairwell- again no damages! They were professional and even had a positive spirit despite the countless stairs. Ok I don't know what everyone else's experience was with Cool moving but I have to say my experience wasn't great if we are talking the actual work they did it would be 4 stars as they worked well. However that is not all there is to it for 1 small room worth of belongings on barely 3 hours only because I was trying to find the location for 5-6 mins with 2 additional helpers including myself working hard with them to still be charged $525 for that is completely unacceptable reasonable should have been $300 for 1 small room on 3 hours which was really only 45 min load and unload driving shouldn't be counted as hours especially if it's only 30mins away so $80 fuel charge should have been way lower as it wasn't a long drive at all. Â Workers are good but I don't plan on being a returning customer without a serious discount. Also none of them had a mask on but they did come early but considering the price that ain't saying much. Cool Moving checks all the boxes of things one wants in a moving company: highly responsive to messages, very competitive pricing, punctuality, efficiency, care with fragile items. I especially appreciated their all-inclusive cost: no extras for steps (I had 3 floors worth), etc. These guys had it down to a science: their speed and efficiency was very impressive. I was a  little worried at the beginning since communication was spotty.  But the team arrived on time (7:45 for 8 am start) and moved quickly at both pick up locations.  I didnt think we would get all of my sons stuff into the truck, but they carefully packed the truck and managed to just get it all in.  I was sure we were doing two trips which was ok, but doing two from Abington to Pennsauken (location of my sons new home) would have been ... bothersome.  But they managed everything except a flat screen TV which they said they weren't comfortable putting in due to risk of damage.  No problem... in my SUV it went.  Arrived in NJ, unpacked and were done not long after noon.  Very professional and courteous.  Would happily use them again! Booked the movers for 2pm. They called saying they were finished the previous job early so they were coming at 12:30 instead, I said that's fine! I just got a text canceling the job, not even a call! So I called and he said "sorry, the workers don't want to go to the job". That's it! No explanation for the last minute cancelation! Do not book with them. They are so unprofessional. All I needed was 5 pieces of furniture moved, no boxes because we did that ourselves and they turned down the easy money for laziness! Again, DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM! More...
