Incredibly genuine individuals with vast knowledge. Muscle groups trained are very diverse and challenging enough to motivate oneself to achieve near perfection in the exercises demonstrated. M4L use a variation of muscle groups that one normally wouldn't get from weight training. In addition, it shows you just how important every part of the body is when incorporated to most, if not all exercises. Every visit is a new learning experience, whether it's an exercise, stretching or even the biological anatomy of the human structure and functions. Alex, Amanda, Tim and Toni are really knowledgeable when it comes to corrective exercise. They have been really helpful in helping me get ready for basic training. They are also genuinely nice people. When you join this gym they really welcome you with open arms and make you feel like you’re apart of family not a gym. How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
By focusing in improving your movement quality, you will be able to move without restrictions/limitations that will "spill into all aspects of life. After all, a body that is riddled with aches/pains is difficult to move around.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
You will find success when you find something ENJOY as you will be more apt to stick with it on a consistent basis. Making sound nutritional choices that allow for occasional "treats" are a must. After all, attaining health and wellness is a journey - one that is achieved and maintain over the long haul.
What do you love most about your job?
Using exercise to help build a stronger and more capable individual is always rewarding. However, helping someone find success in the gym translates to success in other aspects of life (career, finances, relationships, etc.). These transformations are what it's all about.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After spending a number of years in the industry, I wanted to give more to the client. Working for others forced me to conform to their way of doing business which many times left me feeling conflicted as to the level of service I "could" provide. It was then that I had my entrepreneurial seizure and knew I had to go out on my own.
