How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I find the workouts that work best for their bodies, and encourage them along their journey. My goal is to help them be the best versions of themselves mentally and physically.

Hard work, consistency, and a great system/routine.
What do you love most about your job?
What I love most about my job is helping my clients gain self confidence not just in their bodies but their physical abilities. Seeing that translate into their every day life is the most rewarding feeling.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was inspired to open my own fitness studio because I wanted my clients and everyone else to have a place where they could be themselves and move without judgement from themselves or others. Fitness is meant to make you feel better and stronger!

Absolutely. I do privates through Zoom and Facetime, I also do group sessions that way. I host live steam classes through my website and have a large variety of on demand classes.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I did not offer virtual sessions before. I deep clean equipment after every use and have a professional cleaner for the studio who comes once a week.
Private Pilates
This is a one on one private pilates session tailored to your specific needs. This can be done in person on the reformer or virtually with or without props.
Duet Sessions
Designed for two people who want to share a session. Can be done in person or virtually.
On Demand Workouts
With an unlimited amount of on demand workouts, from reformer, to light weights, to body weight only. These classes range in length from 10-55 minutes and target full body or specific body parts. This is perfect for travel or to get in a workout when you do not have time to schedule one.
Virtual Pilates Class
Every Sunday at 9am EST I teach a 50 minute Pilates flow. This can be found on my website or through mindbody. First class is FREE for everyone! Please reach out if you want to try.
