Have you tried dry needling for your “problem” spots? I checked out @movementfirsthw and met with Bill. Bill was very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail so I could understand. He did dry needling on my lower back and showed me some exercises I could do to help my back. I look forward to my next appointment to help with tension and mobility in my back.
