Gary is an expert at what he is doing. I used to have shoulder pain all the time; I no longer have that problem. I highly recommend giving Move Better Bodyworks a try.

I "threw my back out" yesterday, and desperately needed help today to start regaining mobility and minimize the pain. I have had prior issues with back problems, and other massage therapist have helped me feel better on the first visit. Gary didn't just help me feel MUCH better - he helped me MOVE BETTER! I am genuinely amazed at how much more functional I am two hours after my session with him than I was before my appointment. Gary Bernard is a massage therapy ROCK STAR!!! Plain and simple. I will be going back for more sessions to get me to 100% and then I'll be going regularly for maintenance.
