We own a 4-plex in Kennewick but live in Everett WA. Jose, the owner of Mount Zion Construction has worked on all 4 of our units in the past year. We have had Jose do a renovation which included new flooring, doors, some bath fixtures and painting. He has done other large and small jobs and each time he has done a great job. He is dependable and is committed to doing the job right. Being an absentee landlord can be a bit scary at times but I have grown to trust Jose and I know when i ask him to do a job that he will get it done and on budget. I had a job in our laundry room to replace the countertop and backsplash.  Everything went smoothly but there was a minor glitch in the backsplash tile.  Jose stepped up and bought replacement tile, installed it on Friday,,,,came back early Saturday to finish the grout,,,and the work was "perfect".  This man stands 100% behind his work (or the work of an employee) and we couldn't be happier with the end result.  Thank you, Jose... I chose Mount Zion Construction for the remodel of my 3 bedroom 3 bath townhouse and I was very pleased with the end result. We pretty much gutted the place. I found Jose and his crew and subs to be experienced and very easy to work with. Jose was quick to respond by text when I had a question or concern. He showed up when he said he would and did a beautiful job.  Jose worked with me on my ideas for the kitchen, made good suggestions and showed me drawings prior to ordering cabinets etc. His tile man did a stunning job on the beautiful master bath shower. One of the things I really appreciated was that they kept the job site clean and tidy as they went along. There are always little problems you run into with this type of a remodel and Jose handled them great. For example I saw a little buckle in the LVP near the entry after it was laid,  pointed it out to Jose and The next day his crew is back and made it perfect. I didn't like the way the tile pattern was going on the bathroom backsplashes and so no problem they rearranged the tile pattern  for me. Even after I paid him completely, Jose has been back to pick up on little things on my punch list and to make sure everything is  to my satisfaction.  Thank you to Jose and Mount Zion construction for a job well done!
