Initially, I was skeptical about "distance coaching". How could someone in another state, that I'd never met, be my fitness coach? But it works. Getting the benefits of working with a professional trainer, on MY schedule, has been invaluable for me. Through the use of videos, Skype, emails, My Fitness Pal and texts, Brian and I have kept in close contact and have worked together successfully for several months now. He's been able to correct my form to make certain movements more effective, offer nutritional advice and continue to make the process fun and engaging.

Brian took the time to find out what my goals are, what my challenges are, how many days I have to devote to training, what equipment is available to me, etc. It's never felt like One Size Fits All; everything has always been geared specifically towards me and what I'm trying to accomplish.

Knowing there is still an accountability factor is important for me. Regular check ins are a key to making sure that I'm still on track and that any questions or concerns either of us has have are addressed.

I've been training with Motive for the past several months. I could not be happier with my decision to start! All of the trainers at Motive are extremely knowledgeable and professional. They are client focused and genuinely care about helping their clients achieve their goals!

My workouts are consistently innovative and challenging. I think I've experienced a new exercise, or modified version of an exercise every time I've had a session. I am extremely happy with the results!

The gym and equipment are top notch. The facility is always immaculately clean!

I highly recommend Motive to anyone at any fitness level!

The Functional Range Assessment (FRA®) is a diagnostic tool to examine how you move on a joint by joint basis. It allows us to understand how your body works, from your neck down to your toes.
