I only accept 20 clients at one time so I can ensure that I give 110% to each client, as well as, create a friendship so the client can feel totally comfortable with me as I help them achieve their goals!

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I like to get to know each of my clients on a friendship level so I can adequately know how theh function in health and fitness. I create very personalized workout programs as well as nutrition plans that I monitor weekly with each client ro ensure they are progressing. I like to be as available as possible to answer any question or concerns a client may have with regards to their plan.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
I truly believe (from personal experience and client testimonials) that when looking to change your body visually, you need to focus on performance and health over physique. If you’re too focused on what’s in the mirror than you will never be 100% satudfied. We also find something to cruticize in ourselves. I encourage those I work with to focus on how their body is feeling in and out of their workouts. Focus on performance, strength, movement, energy, and the physica results will fall into place and your mind will be at ease knowing you have a healthy well functioning body!

I only provide online training. I like the opportunity it allows for me to reach more people and help those that are truly dedicated and ready to see their fitness goals become a reality!
