Moreno Valley flower box

This was my first time in an actual flower shop! Yes, I am allergic to flowers and pollen. Nonetheless, I wanted to get my babysitter something as she wasn't doing so well. I opted for a hanging plant,but I thought it looked a little bland so I asked the florist to add a few flowers to brighten it up. I appreciate that she took the time to suggest several variations within my budget. I guess that's the sweet little something that you get when you don't pick up grocery store flowers. I had a last minute order for a lei (island flower neckless) forgive me if I mispelled it wrong but everywhere except for here did not have it. I called the moreno valley Flower box and the woman working there went out of her way to make one for me. My daughters school was having a father daughter luau. She even made it within 2 hours! The ladies i dealt with were super nice. For a small shop, there was a lot to choose from in terms of flowers, vases, and other items. I don't normally go to flower shops, but when it was my grandparents 50th wedding anniversary I knew they needed a special bouquet of flowers. I decided to get some lavender color roses and they turned out beautiful! They looked fresh and the colors were perfect. My grandparents loved them! I then had my first child and my doctor who helped deliver, has been amazing throughout my entire pregnancy. So I decided to get her flowers as well. I'm not very knowledgeable with flowers so I asked them to come up with a bright arrangements of flowers. They came up with beautiful color arrangement that I loved and so did my doctor. Today, I needed some flowers for my grandmas 80th birthday. So, of course I came back here! I told them what the occasion was for and that my grandma liked roses. They once again came through! Speedy service,  great prices, wonderful customer service. They are always listening, suggesting, and neve pushy. They want you to be happy with your purchase, because if you don't like it, how are they suppose to get the person you're buying flowers for, on board as well.

I received gorgeous flowers yesterday. My daughter who lives in Ireland ordered me flowers for my birthday from this shop. I must say this was the most beautiful arrangement I have ever received. This place was a bit difficult to find using GPS so take your time. It is not far from the gas station or traffic light so keep that in mind. Be patient because it was well worth it. Bought flowers and plants (peace lily).  After a answering a few questions, A beautiful arrangement was presented to me. They are empathetic and creative. In the moment, I was relieved that this was the easiest thing to do and I was grateful for the time to browse their store and relax. Thank you so much. Last night I went into flower box to pick out bouquets for my brides maids, flower girl and myself. Sandy knew I didn't get off work tell after her shop closed and she very kindly kept her shop open until I was able to come in. Even though I had no idea what I wanted in an arrangement she pulled together something beautiful that any bride would love. Won't  order flowers from anywhere else. Not only can I trust the amazing quality, but the customer service is impeccable! I did an online order to deliver same day in their local area.Service: 5/5I really liked how easy it was to order online. Perfect for ordering while at work . I ordered around noon and they delivered it the same day before 5pm. Product: 3/5They have a wide variety of selection on their website, so it took me quite a while to actually pick which one I wanted. I finally picked the Daydream Breeze (Standard). The Product Description states that it comes in a "purple vase with a pink ribbon". The flowers did not come in the same vase as pictured. I was disappointed to find that they did not add that extra touch with the ribbon on the delivered product, which is why I took off a star. Overall, though, the flower arrangement itself did look like the website picture.Price: 4/5They offer Free Delivery for local online orders, but in reality, I think they have already included delivery fees in the price online. This is why the price is a little high, in my opinion, for what you get. Definitely cheaper than the big, florist companies though.Overall, pretty good, and I'd use them again. More...

Went inside to place a order for a nice arrangement off my wifes birthday. Sandy the florist was very helpful and very kind. I asked for certain kind of flowers and she made it work. Great customer service! I had flowers delivered to my mom with just one phone call from Las Vegas since I couldn't make it to her birthday and they were able to execute exactly what I wanted. The staff is very friendly as well. I grew in Moreno Valley and I always passed this place as a child, now I know why they're such a successful business - they have reliable and prompt service! The flower bouquet was delivered on time and designed exactly how I requested. The only thing I didn't like was how they still charged $10 for delivery even if my mom's home was right across the street. I think they should do it based on distance.
