After reading the wonderful reviews here on yelp I decided to give them a shot. I had to get my kitchen deep cleaned and they said no problem it's normal for them to do this type of clean. The agreed price for my house which is 4 beds and 3 bath with a deep clean in the kitchen was 575 dollars, not exactly cheap.I agreed anyways because they were so professional over the phones and promised the home would be sparkling clean after. However, when it came down to the actual clean it was TERRIBLE. I paid 575 dollars to have them hang around my home while I worked. Once it was done the kitchen still had grease stains around the stove, the oven was not cleaned at all, and I found the same bread crumbs on the floor that was there prior to the clean! Our family bakes every other week and the night before we baked a pie and the same residual bread crumbs was untouched, unswept, unvacuumed. Overall this was a huge disappointment. More...

Absolutely fabulous crew who did a phenomenal job on a move out clean. They brought not only the best of supplies but an amazing energy and attitude. They accomplished the job and left us feeling happy and relaxed knowing there was nothing left to do in order to get our deposit back. We are moving out of the area (hence the need for a move out cleaning) so we can't use them again but if we could we absolutely would. High five and thank you!!!! More...

Just moved into a small one bedroom house. I had requested carpet cleaning in addition to a full house cleaning. They agreed and sent someone to me. The day of they called to let me know traffic was extremely heavy and we're going to be late- life happens so no worries. I asked them to call me in advance when they were 15 minutes away so I could open the doors and walk through the space with them. Long story short- the cleaner arrived, didn't call, and didn't have the cleaning supplies for cleaning the carpets. I asked them to just do their best. But clean the rest of the house as best as possible. Less than An hour later I received a phone call telling me that my entire home was cleaned and ready to go. They explainedThat they were having an emergency and had to go but the house was good to go. After leaving, I took a tour of the home. I will admit my house is SMALL but there's no way that it could be spotless in an hour. They didn't touch the cabinets, drawers, closets, ceilings, walls, Cobb webs, window seals, blinds, no hard scrubbing on the floors to try to get out tougher stains. With an hour of cleaning they still expected me to pay over $300 for nothing to be done the way I'd requested. I spoke to someone the nextMorning about the bill. They took money off the bill but I still paid close to $250 for nothing to be done. I still had to clean carpets and deep clean my house that same afternoon before I moved in. They offered to come back out and make it right but only if I paid more money to do so. That is not customer service and I'm severely disappointed with the overall experience. Hopefully no one has similar issues with this company as I did. Side note I have a house keeper who serviced my last home and I would pay her $100 for 3-4 hours every week to maintain the cleanliness of my home- I've never paid a cleaning service $250 for an HOUR of work. Ive been searching for someone like Trey at Moores cleaning. He was courteous, on time, fast, and thorough. I was emotional because I had just lost my pet bird and even though there was a bit of confusion this professional man got to work and had everything done as promised and more. Cant recommended Moores enough.

I contacted Cali at Moore's Clean Gene 2 to do my rental move-out cleaning. She was very nice, and I was impressed with her website and bio. Her reviews looked good, so we booked the appointment. A couple days before the appointment we realized we would not be moved-out in time for the house to be cleaned, so I called to see if she could book us for the following day. Because it was such late notice, she was already completely booked for that day, but Cali went out of her way to schedule us for a late evening appointment after her other jobs were finished. When Cali's staff arrived at the house, they realized it was a larger home with much more work than originally planned. Cali took charge of the situation by enlisting more people for the job. It was important for our timeline that the house was cleaned by the end of that day because the carpet cleaner was coming the next day. I was totally impressed and grateful that Cali and her team were so committed to the job, and went above and beyond for us, to finish on time. I had to contact Cali both by phone and through text several times. Cali was very responsive and either answered right away, or called back or texted within just a few minutes. The house looked beautiful, and we were so impressed by all that the Clean Gene team were able to do! Cali and her husband were fabulous to work with, and I can't say enough about the wonderful job they did.
