I cannot possibly say enough good things about Ryan and company. These guys catered my wedding in October 2019. Our ceremony was about 45min-1hr drive from Las Vegas and they seemed genuinely excited to get to drive their truck all the way out there. I found them by accident searching for a good vendor and after seeing their offerings on their website, I decided to fill out their "contact me" form. From the very first conversation I had with Ryan on the phone, I knew under no circumstances should I even bother looking at any other vendors. They came up with a custom menu that sounded AMAZING at a price that was even better.Payment was an absolute breeze. And the day of the ceremony, things got behind schedule so I had to ask them to hold off arrival by about 30 minutes. These guys were so accommodating, they literally sat in a gas station parking lot waiting for us to be ready. When they arrived to the venue, we were greeted like old friends despite never having met them before.But the food...holy effing poop. The food was utterly amazing. The brisket made me a better man and the mac and cheese saved my soul. Seriously. That mac and cheese is the best thing I have ever had. The chicken was moist and their salsa verde made me want to hire Nick Cage to try to steal the recipe. I'm not a corn bread guy and only asked for it to be on the menu because my wife wanted it. I'm glad I'm smart enough to listen to her. I have never tasted such good corn bread. Ever. And I know I've already talked about the mac and cheese, but, seriously...go buy it. Go buy a lot of it. Since the wedding, everyone has been telling me how much fun these guys were. They gave nicknames to everyone when they ordered. They cracked jokes with us and were insanely personable. Thats got to be hard to do when feeding 100+ people at a wedding. The work they put in, the perfection that was our dinner and the amount of fun they brought to our wedding was something I can not begin to thank them for. These folks catered a wedding I attended. Their attitude and service was first class. The amount of delicious food they were able to conjure up for a bunch of inebriated wedding attendees still boggles my mind. Food was amazing and their mac n' cheese is worth the trip itself. I just had my husband pick up an order I'd called in, trying this place for the first time.  I got the smoked hot wings with blue cheese. ..they looked a little disappointing when I opened the box.  But I was pleasantly surprised by the kick they had!  I also got the mac & cheese with brisket.  I'd definitely order both of these again, but I'm thinking I want to try one of the sandwiches next.  I love discovering tasty new food options on my side of town! My wife and I are from the east side and have enjoyed Casablanca for over a decade.  We always enjoyed the food that came out of their kitchen, and that kept us coming back.  Then about twelve months ago we went in and were told that they had a new group running the kitchen, Monti's Smokehouse BBQ.  We were disappointed at first because the food had been quite good.  Then one of the owners, Kelsey, explained their food and we were willing to give them a chance.  That night I had the Cuban Sandwich (Monti) which was outstanding.  Since then my wife and I have had the Pulled Pork Sandwich (The Charlie), Steak Sandwich (The Lucy), Grilled Chicken, Fish & Chips.   But what sold me the most was their homemade fried pickles.  They use half spears that are pickled with their homemade pickling juice and dip them in homemade ranch dressing. Both Ryan and Kelsey go the extra mile with quality ingredients and thoughtful execution.  We are so thankful that they took over the Casablanca kitchen.  You would be a fool to not try! More...

I always try new places out by ordering the basic item they have, like wings and fries. My reason is that if the simplest, easiest, items to make come out perfect. . I LOVE Monti's Smokehouse BBQ!!! By far the BEST hot wings I've had!!! The best part is that their smoked!!! Then the wings are tossed into the sauce of your liking, served with a side of their refreshing homemade dill-ranch dipping sauce (which is my favorite-- very addictive). Recently, we went for Monti's first Taco Tuesday night special.  It was my first time trying their tacos & queso / chips... and I'd have to say.... those were delicious also! Very flavorful, 3 tacos for less then a couple bucks each which was a great deal itself & VGK game on out on the patio!  (beautiful patio with scenery of Vegas during sunset)***Highly recommend trying Monti's Smokehouse BBQ ... IF you have not found them already... Amazing food, great location (maybe a little drive for some people), but Ryan & Kelcie  sure make your visit worth it. Tried this place after seeing all the good reviews, and it doesn't disappoint. I had the Monti with a side of Mac and Cheese. Foodwise, everything was delicious. The Mac and Cheese was made with shell macaroni, topped with crumbs, and had some great tasting cheese, it was unlike any other cheese I've had.  The Monti was very solid, and might be my go-to. Portions were more generous than I first expected. It was enough to fill me up, and I tend to have a large appetite. Servicewise, the staff seemed very friendly. This is probably the best food on the Eastside! The tavern is smoky, but there is a nice patio that's family friendly. I have had the Fish & Chips and the Smoky Wings with dry rub - both were very good. I'm looking forward to eating my way through the menu! More...

My husband and I ordered via UberEats and I live right up the street. I heard great things about them and I'm so very glad we tried it! I had "The Charlie" with garlic parmesan fries and my husband ordered "The Jeff" with regular fries and we added mozzarella sticks. First off, if you go anywhere like Sonic, you get home and the cheese sticks are already "dead" but not theirs! Those mozzarella sticks were so freaking amazing and just cheesy goodness. So after seeing Monti's pop up on Yelp & reading through the reviews ... I just had to try this place.. my peeps & I had a major case of the munchies and I'm a sucker for loaded fries... it's 5 minutes from my house inside of Legends bar .. I really wanted the Tupac fries ( You had me at Tupac - forever my #1 ) but I wasn't able to order them off GrubHub So I call my order in for takeout & they said they usually run them off the truck only but made an exception since he had the ingredients on hand ...(( impressed great customer service))... not only was I thankful but so were my tastebuds !!! UhMazeIng !!! Delicious to the max !!! Definitely live up to their name !!! With a name like Tupac you better be scrumptious!!!  I also ordered the Mac and Cheese which was delicious as well ... creamy cheesy had a little Kik and a unique flavor... almost Smoky !!! Next was the Jeff ... it had a nice crunch with Fresh jalapeños & crunchy Texas toast again cheesy goodness and their meat has tremendous flavor !!! Lastly was the Jerk Chicken sandwich Roamie which was super fresh and flavorful.... overall I was stuffed and wish I could've eaten more !! I will definitely be back and may even make Legends my regular spot just to be close to Monti's !!! Also ... I'm a yelper myself and rely on reviews for the flow of my business ... anyone who says a bad thing about this place is a full on hater ... everything was fresh and flavorful made in a  timely manner ... if I absolutely had to critique them I would suggest a little creamier slaw ( which too was delicious & fresh) but I will without a doubt try to make the Tupac fries a menu staple because I'd eat those bad boys every day if I could !!!! Coming from Los Angeles where there are food trucks every turn I came to visit Las Vegas and had to try this food truck that I saw on Instagram. I had a pulled pork sandwich which was absolutely amazing. The mac & cheese was great I. I definitely would love to try more food on their menu while I am in town. Just finished the most amazing Mac and cheese with a side of bbq pulled pork from Monti's. Kelcie and Ryan were running the truck and couldn't have been more personable and hilarious! They even threw in some homemade guacamole and chips(my co workers are demolishing it as I type).  The smoke flavor on the pork was about as good as it can get.  They have a variety of tasty sandwiches, even vegan options. Monti’s is unbelievably delicious. The food options and quantities are fantastic, and the prices are dialed in.
