Monte's Money Matters LLC has supported the strategic growth of multiple startup companies across difference markets (property rentals, restaurants, beverage companies, art organization, and social media branding). At the time of joining those companies I had to clean up the financials for all clients using QBO, and QuickBooks Enterprises, supply them with tax planning and guidance (sole proprietorships, S corps, C corps, and Partnerships), and be able to forecast out all financials on a yearly basis.

CFO Services
CFO services help businesses continue to grow and be able to complete mergers and acquisitions throughout the life of the business. These services include, managing the whole accounting function for the corporation, financial planning & analysis as well as any tax work needed for the corporation.
Monthly Bookkeeping
This service includes completing monthly bank reconciliations, AR/AP, payroll and any adjusting journal entries needed to ensure that the clients financials are accurate and complete. This also includes a monthly meeting with the owners of the business to walk them through the financials and answer any questions.
Tax Filings
This includes any 1099 filings, federal and state tax filings when needed, especially before the March deadline for Scorps and Ccorps as well as the April deadline for any other filings.
