Recently the Harris Family used Mont Blac_ECS for our daughters wedding and were extremely impressed with not only the professional service, as our driver Ronald was not only on time, but 15 minutes early, we were driven in the new Lincoln Navigator which was outstanding, our driver Ronald had more than just a pulse and was engaging with some wonderful conversation , as when I travel by private car service I like someone who can do more than just drive but share with some engaging conversation. Mont Blac is excellent! I've used their car service on four different occasions while attending conferences in California. Their communication and kindness won me over. The driver was always on time to the airport and I recieved a text from someone at Mont Blac as to where to meet the driver. On my trip this past July, the baggage claim was backed up and I was unable to meet the driver at the designated time but they were willing to work with me. After recovering my luggage, all I had to do was call Mont Blac and I was picked up soon after. The driver was personable, kind, and safe! I have used many luxury private car transportation companies over the last 20 years for when I go to and from the airport or events. A work colleague referred me to Mont Blac Executive Car Service and I am so pleased... He told me about them because I complained about another company (which is very known in LA) I used who was charging me for every little pit stop, they didn't honor their grace period and charged me for the driver having to wait an extra ten minutes as well as charged me for the gas they used on my trip.. I was so turned off by every little extra fee on top of their "top of the line" rates that I cannot believe that Goliath of a company still has clients after being in business since the 80's.. But anyways I am an avid traveler and thought I knew what to expect from a private car company and this company has really refreshed my perspective and made me realize that other companies were only offering the basic minimum of service. I will definitely be using this company from now on and have already told my boss I will be using them for him since I book his traveling arrangements as well. More...
