What do you love most about your job?
Speaking with our customers and not just helping them with their communications needs, but learning a little about what makes them tick. You know, it's one thing to make your customers happy. But, when your customers are so happy with how you treat them that bake you cookies and knit you sweaters, that's what it's all about.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Always fascinated by technology as a young child, I wanted to be just like Steve Jobs and Steve Wozniak of Apple. Learning about the infamous "blue box" and how it made dialing anyone in the world as easy as pushing a few buttons got me hooked. I realized I could harness this power for good and decided then and there to spread the joy of technology with others.

Look, you can choose one of those ginormous phone carriers to do business with or you can choose a company that makes you smile all the time. If you call us for support and we sense that you are having a bad day, we will actually tell you a joke to make you laugh.

The good news is, we really haven't had to do anything. Because we can set up phones from anywhere, so you can work from anywhere, there's really no reason for us to even have to meet in-person. Heck, we were Covid-ready before there even was Covid!
