First we address whatever pain (especially joint pain) they might be experiencing, and use that as a platform to build the movements they aspire to. Whatever the goal - hiking a mountain range, picking up grandkids with no pain, etc. - there is a way to get there through specific, quality movement.

Knowing what you want that dream body to DO. Having a physical sport, activity, hobby, or skill that you want to train for is the key to sticking with exercise for the long term. Losing weight and "looking good" are fine, but not what exercise is really FOR. Exercise is for ENHANCING MOVEMENT and LIVING WITHOUT PAIN. Period. If that's what you want, MonkeyDo is your service.

Since the pandemic started, the need for simple and effective fitness solutions that can be done at home has never been more relevant. I started MonkeyDo for those that want to be able to care for themselves without the need for equipment or even much space. My talent is in showing how to use only the body to achieve a high level of performance and function. Gyms aren't bad, it's just that for most people's needs...they're not necessary!

The perspective I bring to training is different from much of what's out there. Rather than a short-term focus on aesthetics or weight loss, I help clients deepen their understanding, through specific movements, of the body's OVERALL MOVEMENT ABILITY and SELF-HEALING CAPACITY. Training with me gives clients the tools they need to MOVE WELL OVER A LIFETIME.

Yes, I train exclusively online through the Zoom platform.

My service is entirely online, and teaches users how to create effective workouts for themselves away from populated gyms. What we do also easily translates to the outdoors.

Leave your aesthetic concerns at the door and focus on what exercise is really for - giving you the ability to USE your body to do whatever you want, pain-free.

My sessions take place over Zoom and require no equipment. We focus on bodyweight movements that build not just muscle strength, but also tendon/ligament stability and overall balance/coordination. Sometimes we may use chairs.

If you feel lost or intimidated by training, and just want something simple and effective that gives you the tools to take care of yourself, this is the service you need!
