After a snowboard injury I went to Monica’s to deal with a painfully stiff limited mobility shoulder. Deep tissue massages are a bit painful but they do the trick and get rid of the kind of pain that stays with you. Shoulder is back to normal!

Monica is an amazing deep tissue message therapist. My leg was sprained real bad and after one 30 minute session my knee was feeling 80% better! She has also helped dramatically with my left shoulder (bad tendinitis). She really knows about the human body and works hard to make sure you’re happy. Went there with my gf last minute and they were able to squeeze us in last minute. I've been having intense tightness in my shoulders and Dana was able to get my pain level down to a minimum.
