What do you love most about your job?
I am passionate about helping adolescents and adults learn to identify their strengths and to better understand themselves in order to create permanent change and self empowerment.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After working in the mental health field for several years in Houston, Texas via Memorial Hermann Hospital (ER and Trauma Units), Child Protective Services, and Bloom Counseling Services, I made the decision to develop and open my own private practice after moving to Katy, Texas.
Why should our clients choose you?
I believe that there is no such thing as a "one size fits all" approach to therapy and/or coaching. We are all unique individuals that in turn deserve and require a unique and individualized approach to their therapy. Together we will develop and create a plan that will work best for you by meeting you where you are at in order create realistic, obtainable, and long-lasting change.
