Listening to wwhat the client wants and comparing that to the budget. After careful financial analysis we add, delete and finalize. Another aspect is obtaining info on potential health concerns of guests and staying away from foods known to be high allergens.
What do you love most about your job?
Having the opportunity to meet new props and be challenged with their specific requesta. Its fulfilling to see the smile from the client when the even comes to fruition.
