By far exceeded my expectations. I cannot say enough good words about Cassidy and his team. I was very anxious to find out I had a damaged ice line which leaked behind my kitchen cabinet and created some mold. After researching and reading about the non toxic technology Mold Bros utilizes and because I have 2 little girls I decided to hire them and was very happy with the results. Everything Cassidy promised he delivered. He said that if report comes back in an unacceptable condition he will retreat the house, and he did! It tuned out I had another source of moist in the house which was quickly taken care of. I must have called him hundreds of times and he was always patient always answered his phone or got back to me very promptly. I don't believe there are many service providers as this company. I can't say enough wonderful things about this company. From the initial consultation to the treatment and follow-up after, they were absolute professionals! I am so grateful that they brought this technology to Southeast Florida because traditional mold remediation is an absolute nightmare. I have had the opportunity to use Mold Bros twice. In each instance the results have been great. I suffer from a deadly pulmonary decease and a clean environment is key to my survivor. In both cases that I used Mold Bros, there was a remarkable improvement in my condition. I suggest that if you have a compromised environment, use Mold Bros. There is no breaking of walls or destruction of your house.. They are reasonable priced, dependable. ( come on time when scheduled) and when they go, the test will show that your environment is cleaned. It only takes a few hours to clear and then you can return home. Cassidy from mold bros is amazing, and so is the company. If you long for a company that will educate you, explain what the problems are, and then offer a completely different and in my case largely cheaper remediation process than Mold Bros is for you. They had me at Cassidy's customer service. This is how a company should be run and treat their customers. He had a slide show that went through the very basics of mold and even went into depth with someone who has a medical understanding of mold. The slide show then went on to explain how the process worked to remove the mold, and then how it prevents mold for a year. If I could give 6 stars I would. Why pay the price of your kitchen in remediation when you can save that cost for the renovation. Not that I hope to ever need mold remediation again, but if I did I know who I'm going to use. More...
