When I contacted MJ, my goals were to build lean muscle, strengthen my core "running muscles" and "reboot" my gym routine with something that would challenge me each and every time I went to the gym. I also wanted to achieve this.....remotely! MJ and I worked out the timing of my workouts and he delivered each time! I had a workout ready for my gym days, was able to email him my results and he was able to mix it up for each routine. After 12 weeks, I've seen a noticeable difference in lean muscle, a definite increase in strength and loss of a few pounds - after a noticeable gain in muscle weight in the first 8 weeks. My husband and I are really enjoying our workouts with MJ. We see him twice a week, one private and once as a couple. My only experience before MJ was with a woman so I was little apprehensive about a man. Was he going to be a Drill Sargent? After my first meeting with him, I was at ease. MJ is a professional. He listens to me and has designed our workouts around our needs. I also prefer going to his home gym. ( I don't care much for crowded gyms.) There have been days I left his house feeling tired and proud of myself and other days I'm so exhausted I just want to get as far away from him as possible :) More...

My goals were to lose weight, increase muscular definition, and have a more positive outlook on life. In the past I have tried all types of exercise methods but nothing has been more beneficial than working out with a personal trainer. MJ has shown me the way to push through my physical limitations and find the confidence to train at a whole new explosive level. I couldn't be more excited with the results thus far.
