Modular does the cleaning of our office and also the common areas of the commercial building we occupy in Marlborough for over 5 years, and throughout this entire time, we’ve experienced consistent high-quality services, which is different from the previous companies we had, who usually started well, only to fall into mediocrity not long after. Modular never asked us to sign a contract; in fact, the owner proudly announced that they work without a contract and that what should keep us using them is the quality of their services, not a contract. We receive constant visits for quality control and feedback, and for us, it is refreshing to know they are really committed to our business. We use their Supply Management services, which saves us time and money, and their Handyman services are second to none. They also do our annual carpet extraction and strip & wax services. We are using Modular Cleaning Concepts for about one year, and now is the perfect time to leave an honest review of their services. We had to fire our previous four cleaners, after about 3 months of using them. Always started well and then went down from there. The sad part is that it was always a pain to get rid of them because of the contracts we signed to have them over. In the end we still put up with over a month of bad services until we finally got rid of the contracts. The no contract feature was what first attracted us to Modular. I guess not having a safety net makes all the difference in terms of not "going down hill". Their customer service is so good that we made some changes within our company, based on what we saw they doing. In the rare occasions that something was wrong, their response was immediate and to the point. They have constant quality check visits and their commitment to our company is second to none.
