Ali from Modest Events is the best! I HIGHLY recommend her planning and day-of coordination. She truly made our wedding day so smooth and my husband and I got to actually enjoy the day. Ali was there every step of the way helping to ensure our vision was carried out- she coordinated all the vendors, helped with all the last minute details, and solved all the week-of and day-of issues. There was never a time where Ali said “no, we can’t do that.” I was on the fence about planning and coordination services but I am SO GLAD that I got the full package because it took so much weight off me and my guests. Although our wedding was a smaller 60-guest garden wedding, there were so many details that I realize now I would have never been able to pull off with out her. I cannot recommend Ali and Modest Events highly enough! We planned a very low-key, highly DIY and non-traditional wedding for a lot of people on a small budget. We thought we could do everything ourselves, but a few months out we realized how stressful and unrealistic it would be to have to organize the caterers and servers on the day of our wedding. We began a desperate search for a day-of coordinator and Ali was available and eager to help execute our non-traditional event from our first conversation, and was even able to customize a package to our budget. She wound up doing so much more than we asked or expected, helping manage every detail in the days leading up to the wedding and dealing with communications so we could relax and enjoy ourselves. We had an absolute blast at our wedding and so much of that is thanks to Ali's help behind the scenes.
