The people who use this gym seem to be pretty cool for the most part, and they have a good supply of equipment. Bench press can be a little hard to get during busy hours, but outside of just before/after work hours, it's usually not too busy.

I love that the gym is 24/7 and is very clean. If you go at the right times, you’ll be able to avoid meatheads or people hogging racks for a whole hour. I see people saying in their reviews that the price is great but honestly, you could get more out of a gym for almost $50 a month. No hot tub, no sauna, limited bathroom and locker space.. The nice part about the price is that there are classes included with the membership. but they should have a cheaper option for people who don’t want the classes at all. i’ve never taken one and never will because they don’t fit my schedule or my preference but I need this gym because of how close they are to me and i can go anytime of day or night. Nice, casual gym. You won't be intimidated here, but you also won't find anything too fancy or intense so if that is your thing then this is not your place. I've left this gym (due to distance from my house) and come back twice because you just can't find the value and the transparency this gym offers anywhere else. While some of the equipment is outdated and a few more amenities would be nice, I have yet to find another location in KC that signs you up with consistent pricing and no contracts or hidden fees, and let's you cancel with 30 days' notice - in under 20 seconds. No proving that you've moved or begging necessary. The cardio equipment is plentiful. I never have to wait for a machine. This is the best gym in KC and the best deal at half the price of the other options. I have been a member for over 7 years and the rates have never changed - there's no contract, it's month-to-month and no BS. They are all open 24 hours with handprint security. The machines are constantly being updated and they have everything you would want. The best part is the vibe: no meat heads, no idiots making a bunch of noise, low key, plenty of room and super nice staff. Hands down one of the best gyms I've been too! The staff is the best; Pat, Pete and Lee were always helpful and welcoming. No one is pushing you to get a trainer, no contract, and its clean.
