Motivation and accountability from both Client and Trainer are more important than just knowledge of exercise physiology. Make sure the client has "fun" while yet, being inspired to push it to the limit!

The secret is a burning desire to get fit for life, whether it's on Doctors orders when obese or suffering from Med Conditions..OR a personal goal that the client has set for themselves to achieve success in any area that improves their confidence moving forward.

After Over 25 years, the thing I love most about my Training Career is that the client and myself always finish a session feeling better than before starting. Training others to success comes full circle back to me. I'm one of the few that Truly Loves my career.

I've owned many businesses yet Training is where my passion is. I start my businesses because I like to help others without the conditions of a Corporate environment and control that does not sincerely care of clients. ( 24 hour fitness, L.A fitness etc.) I am an entrepreneur and leader..I prefer to help people and earn income in a way that is fair to all.

Clients should choose me because I truly care. Technically, I will teach proper and safe exercise form, especially in rehab patients. Example, I will show u Precisely where to put your feet and stance if we do squats... instead of just saying " put the bar on your shoulders and go up and down". I care. We also do "couples training" I believe it brings couples closer together as you will see in some updated pics. These pics show just FOUR weeks progress to firm up the "backside", loose Bf In the waistline and add some muscle definition to shoulders and back the summer. The wife always wins lol).
