DO NOT BOOK THIS TRUCK! You know the old saying, “Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me?” Well, I have learned my lesson! I organize a yearly food truck festival and manage multiple vendors. The level on unprofessionalism that Jamie Gatewood at Mobile Chef displays is unlike any other. She consistently double books events and is unable to make commitments. In 2019 Mobile Chef did not show up to our event until 1/2 way through. This year she did not show up at all! Even worse - she did not notify me that she was not coming. She waited for me to call her. She said she didn’t have my number despite the fact that we have called, texted, messaged on my personal Facebook page, the event Facebook page and emailed. She is disorganized and unable to execute on the commitments that she makes. When I explained this to the other vendors at the event they stated that Jamie at Mobile Chef is “notorious” for this behavior. If you are looking for a business relationship with a mobile food vendor AVOID JAMIE AT MOBILE CHEF!! More...

This is the second time we have ordered the fried shrimp tacos and they were perfection! Such a unique combination of ingredients that work perfectly together! We were able to try a small sample of oxtail also. I was hesitant but it was incredibly tender and juicy and I am looking forward to ordering it next time! Great job guys! More...
