What do you love most about your job?
Meeting people, hearing their stories, meeting them where they are emotionally, psychologically, and spiritually. It bring me such joy seeing my clients thrive with help from their therapy. I work with young people and adults and tailor each session for the client's individual needs.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Hypnotherapy personally changed my life. It's an honor to help others discover and benefit from this incredibly powerful therapeutic modality. I find hypnotherapy to be very powerful and effective (even more so than talk therapy alone), because it works with the WHOLE mind, not just the conscious, logical mind. Anxiety, fear, habits, limiting beliefs all live in the subconscious mind. For long term positive change, we need to get the WHOLE mind aligned towards your success and desired outcomes.

I am exceptionally well trained by the ONLY accredited Hypnosis Institution in the world. I also bring with me years of experience in healthcare, counseling, and coaching.

Hypnotherapy
Session Fees are based on length of session and therapeutic needs of the client. However, my most common flat rate is $125/hr. Please reach out to discuss! I work with clients based on their financial needs.
