What do you love most about your job?
Serving People, Creating Wins for others. I also love being able to serve clients globally (2020 included clients on 3 continents) with our Global Expertise and services.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After a blessed 33+ year Corporate Career, it was time for something different. So becoming the author of 2 books, aligning my Advisory Practice with key clients, helps me deliver against my goal to create wins and serve others.
Why should our clients choose you?
My Corporate experience has a unique blend of Business & IT in the Corporate Office as well as delivering results on the front lines of the business in operations. I have an extensive library to share best practices, lessons learned, leadership styles to drive results for others personally and in business. I also have extensive experience leading teams through crisis and disruption including the events of 9-11-2001, the Financial Crisis, COVID-19 and M&A activities.

Yes. We can operate via Skype, Zoom, MS teams for collaboration. We also leverage tools like Mural for real time note taking and collaboration during meetings as needed.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
A move to a digital style in delivering our services has enabled us to engage and collaborate remotely in an ever-evolving world.
