Mary is AMAZING! Professional, thoughtful and so creative! She responds quickly to all of my emails, and made some fantastic suggestions for refreshing my living space. She spent quality time looking at my space in person and seemed to understand my aesthetic. based on a deep discussion, looking at links I sent to her and images of my "ideal" space. We absolutely loved working with Mary. After a one hour consultation in our apartment, where she took measurements, discussed what we were looking for and our main concerns, she came back to us with a floor plan, mood board and a list of items she suggested for our living room re-design. We loved all of her suggestions and would never have thought of putting our living room together in that way. Total professional and super easy to work with. After over 30 years of living in our home, we finally made the move on redoing our closets. As always it started with a google search and closet factory was one of the ones that came up with the highest ratings. We proceeded to submit proposals to several vendors and we were surprised with the communication from Closest factory. They were prompt and thorough and answered all our questions. Mary came a few days later and spent a good portion of the day discussing all the possibilities in the set space we already had. She was able to show us computer diagrams and have samples of all the materials.
Needless to say we signed with her the day she came for the free quote. The work was setup a few weeks later and was completed in one day. The staff that came to install were respectful, polite and professional.
I am definitely going to use them again for my future projects. More...
