I am the owner and head tutor for MK Tutoring, an online tutoring company that focuses on the whole student. The MK Tutoring Approach helps students succeed in school and provides them with career ready skills. Currently accepting students ages 12 through adult.

What do you love most about your job?
My students! They come to me struggling and doubting themselves. In a short amount of time they find success in their studies and self-confidence in their abilities.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I love teaching and I enjoy working with students. The tutoring business allows me to support students in an individual manner while working for myself.
Why should our clients choose you?
I become invested in my students’ success. I support them by email and text between sessions. Many of my students have worked with me for more than two years and I think of them like family.

I am online only. This allows me to work with students close to home as well as across the country and abroad.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I am online so there are no accommodations needed.
Online Tutoring
Online sessions are individual and include subject review, concept reinforcement, and study skills. Between sessions, students build time management and organization skills through interative online programs and emails from their tutor.
