I love F45 and it’s like home to me! I am a trainer that loves working out and getting challenged! I go to a lot of places around town to workout, but this is home, my main place! It caters to everyone from a beginner to high performance athletes! If you enjoy working out but needs a little push, this place is a no brainer! Trainers explain all exercises and they are right next to you if you need! You can also count technology in, they have screens with all exercises, helps a lot with good form!
