What kind of accounting services do you provide?
I provide mainly bookkeeping services but can provide payroll as well to local Oregon companies. I also am an Oregon notary so can provide those services locally as well.
Why is it so important for businesses to hire a great accountant?
I think it is important to hire a great accountant/bookkeeper because they are responsible for making sure your companies books are in order. If your accounting is not done correctly it can cost a company a lot of time and money to get things fixed.
What do you love most about your job?
The part of accounting that I love is solving problems, just digging into an issue and finding the solution to that while wading through numbers is really satisfying to me.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have been working in accounting for almost 10 years in multiple roles that has given me a unique perspective due to working in 3 different industries. This really inspired me to start the process of my own bookkeeping/accounting business on the side and seeing where this takes me in the future.

I can provide services remotely as I have my home office setup to do so.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I haven't experienced this in a self employed situation as I am just starting out. I have however taken multiple precautions when it comes to Covid-19 to protect myself and others.
