Consistently great quality, never have I received a bad mac. They're always innovating and adding new macs to try, and those I have tried are good too. Staff is chill as well. Fun selection of drinks, but I prefer my drinks a bit colder than the fridge provides, and I don't believe they have ice there? The food here is great. I love that they added cauliflower because I'm trying to stay away from high carbs. Even with the cauliflower, it tastes AMAZING. The only thing that is negative is the cheese is not completely melted. I had a Buffalo chicken. It was good but the cheese was not melted(I can still see the strings of cheese) and the place is very small for people to sit and eat. Preordered our food, which I am glad we did because the place was slammed on a Friday night. The service we found a little lacking, no one looked up from their conversations to greet us or ask how they can assist us (there were 3 of them). The layout is a little confusing and overwhelming, but we eventually figured it out when a 4th person emerged finally after standing around for awhile. The service was amazing, the new guy at the counter was fantastic. The food was prepared exactly as I ordered it and came out in 10 minutes. The atmosphere is cool and the jokes dont stop. Awesome Mac & Cheese place where you can basically customize your own! To be honest, whatever you get you will be happy with because it tastes super good. I personally got the cheeseburger, which (contrary to the name) is not a cheeseburger at all, but it is ground beef, caramelized onions, tomatos, and cheese (and bacon for about $1 extra) all wrapped up into a delicious mac & cheese dish!
