About

I come alongside individuals, groups, and teams to help each one discover and become all they can be.

My deep hope is that my clients discover where their deep gladness and the world's deep hunger meet and that together we craft actions so that they arrive at that place.

Q&As

My favorite thing about coaching is helping the client achieve clarity.
Clarity leads to action; actions lead to accomplished goals!
You don't have to stay stuck — a coach can help you live the life you've dreamed of!

I had a coach who served me powerfully. He helped me to focus and work on the most important issues when I was overwhelmed. I had been coaching on the side for a few years, and I was ready to serve my clients more deeply — so I took the leap and made coaching my main thing!

I take the time to listen to my clients and help you achieve your goals. Each coaching relationship is unique. I expect that you are the expert in your context. You know your life, your systems, your context. My expertise is in the process and in asking deep, thoughtful questions. I assume you are capable and powerful, so together, we craft next steps to help you reach your goals in ways that fit you, your context, and your vision of a preferred future.

I was using Zoom to connect with clients remotely before the Pandemic. I am happy to meet with you in person if you live or work in the Twin Cities Metro Area — if you're outside of that, Zoom will make us feel like we are in the room together.

I am happy to wear a mask if we meet in person if that helps you feel more comfortable. Also, connecting virtually on Zoom is an excellent way to help one another feel safe.
