Love this hair salon My daughter and myself have been coming here for awhile now.Angela does our hair and she is awesome . The other stylists do nice work as well.We always walk out with our hair looking beautiful.If there ever is a problem which there really never is ( there were a few spots of stubborn grey that didnt take once which is just the way my hair is nothing to do with Angela ) Angela doesnt hesitate to correct it with no problem. Came in for color with Kylie yesterday and WOW! She is incredible, she did such a great job and exactly what I wanted. She informed me ahead of time that the color may not be as ashy as I want just yet since it is the first time, but it came out beautiful! ! Can't wait to go back in. I wish there was an option to rate more than 5 stars. Going to a hair salon for color use to be such a stressful thing for me. My description of what I wanted vs. What I was getting never the same. I just remember sitting in a chair as my colorist would be finishing that last piece before spinning me around and always being disappointed. I am so glad I found Kylie. Kylie has been coloring my hair for about 4 years now and I could not be happier. She really knows how to give you exactly what you want. She's confident, friendly, and extremely talented. I've been to many hair salons and I usually sit in the chair feeling anxious for the entire duration and unsure about what my hairdresser is doing. I had the most wonderful experience at Mirror Mirror. I really can't say enough!! It started off with a very kind and reassuring appointment booking over the phone. I work many hours and don't have many days off. They were very accommodating, allowing me to come in the same day. When I got there, everyone was so nice offering me tea and coffee. It was busy but I did not have to wait very long. Caitlin took the time to ask me what I was looking for in detail and made sure to take a good look at the pictures I brought with me. I wanted a particular shade of brown balayage and I really appreciated that when it came time to glaze my hair, she brought over a book to compare colors and shades. After the balayage was completed, I was passed onto Angela who cut my hair. She was just as detail oriented asking about how much I wanted cut, angles, and layers. I've been to salons where the hairdresser didn't even know what those terms meant so it was a great relief to see that she was more than competent. Angela answered my essay worth of questions without any sign of irritation or exasperation. She was wonderful at keeping me relaxed and before I knew it, I was done! Better late than never posting a review. Visited this location a back in October.  I called, made an appointment and took my 6 year old to get a hair cut, wash and blow dry.  Everyone was so nice and friendly and took great care of my little girl. Samantha washed, cut, layered and did a blow out for her. We are both very happy with the outcome and I would definitely take her back there. I love coming to Mirror Mirror Hair Boutique. Stephanie has done an amazing job of creating a clean, welcoming, professional, & friendly environment. Each member of the staff is passionate about what they do & it shows. I have had my hair blown out by just about everyone and have never left disappointed. Nancy is available at the front desk to make sure that every client is well taken care of & makes scheduling easy as can be.Product selection here is always great. This hair salon is by far the best salon I have ever been to! You feel a very warm and welcoming vibe when you first walk in; everybody is smiling (including the clients)! Every stylist is extremely attentive to their clients, always making sure that the clients know exactly what is happening to their hair. I always find that I feel more comfortable knowing exactly what a stylist or colorist is doing to my hair so I'm not left with questions. Kylie is the only person I trust with coloring my hair after I received horrible highlight from a different salon! Kylie is a goddess when it comes to color and she knows exactly what will look good and won't look good. She will always tell you what she thinks would look best and I recommend trusting is because she is the saint of all hair in the world. First things first, Stephanie is THE BEST OF THE BEST! On my wedding day Stephanie attended to my needs by coming to my house & providing incredible service for myself and my bridesmaids. She was at my house bright and early ready to put her amazing talent to work! Steph made me feel at ease on a morning that can easily be stressful for a bride! From start to finish she was such a pleasure, making sure everything was to my liking & fulfilling my every need! My hair was absolutely STUNNING and stayed all night long!! (My hair doesn't usually hold for long) and mind you it was on a hot summer day! My bridesmaids were equally as happy as I was with their hair and each style was unique to their own! She made all of us feel glamorous and beautiful and did so in a timely fashion! Stephanie works with passion and won't let you get out of the chair until everything is perfect, she truly is very talented and choosing steph was one of the best decisions I could have ever made.
