What inspired you to start your own business?
Mental health stigma in our local communities, disparities in care, the impact of COVID 19 pandemic to our mental health, and the desire to help make a communities better.

We strive to promote physical, mental, and emotional wellness and work diligently to help clients achieve a better quality of life. We work with clients struggling with varying mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, ADHD, amongst others. We also assist with medication management and prescribe or refill your prescriptions electronically.
