Minor To Major Cleaning

Poor quality, over priced, unprofessional, and broke my stuff!
Hired this company to do a move in/out deep clean. Some items needed a lot of attention (frig, oven, cabinets) but many areas didn't require much if anything (bedrooms, bathrooms) due to a recent remodel with new paint, carpet, tile, tubs, etc. , and there was no furniture or stuff to work around. The price was just under $300 (discounted rate from $350) for my 1000sqft condo but the work was subpar at best. There were dirt smears left in many areas, water spots and dirt smears on my wood floors, the kitchen counters feel dirty to the touch, and the kitchen sink doesn't look like it was cleaned at all.

The worst part is the lady broke the milk compartment on my refrigerator door, which I had to replace entirely (the whole frig) because the parts are no longer available. It looks like she had a hard time with the door when cleaning, was overly aggressive with it, and broke the hinge and the door (trying to force it in, then dropping it). The lady didn't say anything about it until I complained. Then she blamed part of the damage on my frig having brittle parts and denied half of the damage saying it was already like that when she got there (it wouldn't even make sense for the 2 parts to be broken at different times). The company offered to EITHER discount my cleaning OR come back to redo the cleaning that wasn't done properly, but not both. I never even got an apology for my broken frig and I still need to finish the cleaning!

I understand mistakes happen, but own up to them, apologize, and try to make it right. Terrible customer service, terrible cleaning, terrible company. More...

Juanita and her crew came to the rescue!  She had already come highly recommended by a realtor friend who uses her a lot. She cleaned my vacation rental property for the first time and and unfortunately for her, it ended up being left in one of the worst conditions ever .  She knew I was stressed because I was on vacation and I had someone checking in that same day.  She sent me before and after pictures of the house and communicated with me every step of the way.  This could have turned out to be a disaster but she put my mind at ease.  She was so sweet and good-natured about the incident.  I was able to turn my phone off and enjoy a two hour hike with my family....which was priceless.  The next guests that checked in were impressed with the house that I advertise as immaculate.  I will definitely be using her for future cleanings. No need to search further Juanita and her crew are the BEST, thorough, reliable and dependable.  Communication was easy as to what was to be expected, my home was cleaned from top to bottom.  Best choice I could have made!!

On 7/9 I had Molly and Leti at my condo for my first service.  To say that I am pleased is a vast understatement. I have never been so overwhelmed with the attention to detail these ladies brought. My condo never looked so good. Everything they touched sparkled! They were kind, courteous, professional and just a joy to have in my home. I highly recommend Minor to Major cleaning. If I could give more than five stars I would. I am planning on service every three weeks. The price is well worth all that was done.
