My entire extended family went to Azul for a birthday celebration for my mom. We had 5 kids with us, who were not very well behaved (full disclaimer) and one even accidentally broke glassware. Our server and the staff were so patient and accommodating. They had decorated the table with confetti and a balloon bouquet. This hole in the wall restaurant in Houston Texas, made some of the best food I've had in my entire life. From appetizer to dessert, this food was masterfully crafted. The chef is from Guatemala, and after being schooled in sushi/sashimi he has created a Guatemalan-Japanese fusion menu that excels in every way possible.
