I am a licensed clinical psychotherapist clinically trained in several therapeutic modalities and have extensive experience effectively treating many conditions, including: anxiety, depression, trauma (incld. PTSD), substance abuse and other addictions, self esteem building, ADHD, anger management problems, relationship issues, conflict resolution, helping couples in conflict, effective communication skills, as well as life and executive coaching.
I take a unique holistic approach to treating not just your symptoms but you as a whole person. Couples in Conflict
The type of therapy I provide to couples is specialized and uniquely designed for clients whom may be in crisis and/or are experiencing challenges with communicating or relating with each other in healthy and constructive ways.
This form of therapy focuses primarily on helping couples to improve their effective communication,​ emotional and self-regulation, and collaborative conflict resolution skills.​
